- Payments for leads are made through a prepaid wallet/account on the platform.
- Agent-Suppliers are responsible for maintaining sufficient balance in their wallet to receive leads.
- PINAKIN INDIA may temporarily pause lead allocation if the wallet balance is insufficient.
- Lead purchases are generally final, except in cases covered by PINAKIN INDIA's replacement/refund policy.
- PINAKIN INDIA facilitates connections between Agent-Suppliers and customers but is not responsible for outcomes of leads.
- PINAKIN INDIA actively works to increase sales opportunities by generating and sharing high-quality leads with Agent-Suppliers.
